All About Fitness

T.Skinner is very passionate about sports and fitness therefore leads a very active urban lifestyle.

T specialises on Calisthenics (aka Bodyweight Movements) also been studying physical therapy / fitness and sports science. The experience and knowledge he gained throughout the years in the field enables him to offer bespoke training programs to clients with diverse goals .

During training, the application of correct postures and techniques is paramount. Hence, his strength is in helping clients achieve their goals, whether to improve their wellbeing, to slim down or to boost muscle mass while cutting fat.

​Calisthenics is an awesome way to train the body as one complete unit. We love exploring our physical potential with bodyweight training. When you start calisthenics it’s fun and challenging. When you follow the right advice you can achieve amazing things, even ‘impossible’ things with your body.
