TIM have come together to create a workshop with a unique blend of deep tissue massages (Sport therapy). handbalance, bodyweight strength and mobility. The workshop is an intense 2 days of learning how to train more efficiently and intelligently for handstands and bodyweight skills. It teaches various techniques and methods as well as how to implement them for long term progress.
