    The massage ball can be used after sports for massaging yourself.
    For an effective massage, spend at least 5 minutes on each muscle group.You can massage yourself just after your outing, in the evening or even on the following day.
    Feel free to watch our videos that show you how to use the product on the different muscles being massaged.
